Family and Children’s Services Niagara is your local childrens aid society. Under the Child and Family Services Act, we are mandated by law to provide the following services:

• to investigate all reports or evidence of the possible abuse or neglect of children
• to ensure the safety of children who are in need of protection
• to provide care for those children who are unable to remain in their own homes due to child protection concerns
• to supervise the children under our care
• to provide adoption services
• to provide guidance, counselling and other services to families for protecting children or for the prevention of circumstances requiring the protection of children.
