The Family Counselling Centre offers counselling services to individuals, couples and families at several locations in the Niagara region. We employ qualified, experienced counsellors with the expertise to address personal, relationship and other troubling issues like depression, anger, stress, grief, parenting, trauma or violence. We provide confidential counselling services and are fully accredited by Family Service Ontario.

The FCC provides a number of programs and groups for women and children experiencing family violence. We work with men to overcome abusive attitudes and behaviours. We also counsel victims of child abuse and their families. We operate a single session walk-in clinic in Niagara Falls. Our adult protective service program assists developmentally delayed adults.

We offer both Critical Incident Stress Debriefing services and Employee Assistance Programs for local employers.

Family Counselling Centre programs and services are open to all Niagara residents. Fees are based on income while some programs are fully funded. We are pleased to have United Way support.
