| Childcare - Group |
| Bi-weekly childcare for children aged 0-5 years is required to allow parents involved in an Early Learning and Parenting Program to attend bi-weekly group sessions from September to June. Childcare is usually provided in a community setting close to the Program. |

| Evening Receptionist |
| The agency is open some evenings until approximately 9:00 pm. Volunteers are needed to supervise the reception area from 4:30 - 9:00 (during July and August from 4:00 - 8:00 pm) and direct clients to appointments with family therapists, accept payments and issue receipts. |

| Volunteer Drivers |
| Drivers provide transportation for our clients and their children throughout the Niagara Region. They provide children of varied backgrounds the opportunity to attend appointments and visits that are vital to their growth and development. Included among the types of drives scheduled are visits with parents of the children, medical and dental appointments, speech therapy, physiotherapy, play therapy and psychological testing. |

| Early Learning & Parenting Programs (Classroom Assistant) |
| The agency operates Early Learning and Parenting Programs throughout the Region. Volunteers are needed to help with the children in these programs; minimum commitment of at least one morning or afternoon per week is required. The volunteer with assist with crafts, snacks and interact at play with the children. |

| Special Friends |
| Sometimes, because of circumstances in a family, a boy or girl needs a special friend; someone to spend one-on-one time with, to provide recreational and educational outings, and to give guidance and positive role modelling. A commitment of one outing per week for a one-year term is required. |

| Tutors |
| Children who have moved frequently or who live in multi-problem families may experience difficulties at school and need extra help to pass into the next grade or they may need coaching in one subject only. A commitment of one hour per week throughout the school year is required. | |
